These terms apply to all purchases made through starsandsoil.co.uk. By placing an order you agree to them. If you have any questions, write to us at hello@starsandsoil.co.uk before you buy.

What you are buying

Stars+Soil books are bespoke, handwritten works created from your birth chart. Each book is written specifically for you and no two are the same. The Seedling and Bloom books are physical, printed and bound books posted to your delivery address.

Stars+Soil books are a form of personal reflection. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal or financial advice.

Placing an order

To complete your order you will be asked to provide your date, time, and place of birth. Please take care when entering your birth details. Your book is written from the information you provide, and changes after work has begun may not be possible. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible and we will always do our best to help.

Once your order is placed, we will confirm receipt and give you an estimated turnaround time. Estimated turnaround is two weeks plus postage. We will keep you fully up to date during the production of your book.

Refunds and cancellations

Because each book is personalised and made specifically from the birth information you provide, cancellation rights may not apply once work has begun. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel your order. This does not affect your statutory rights.

We stand behind what we make. If your book arrives damaged, or if there is a printing error, we will replace it. Please contact us at hello@starsandsoil.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order and we will put it right.

Intellectual property

Your book is yours. The writing method, frameworks and approach used to create it remain the intellectual property of Stars+Soil and may not be reproduced or used commercially without permission.

Delivery

We currently post to the UK and Ireland. Delivery costs are shown at checkout. Once your book has been posted, we will let you know. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services once the book has left us.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
